This involves the management of a property to ensure its smooth operations. Our expertise is in the collection of rents and accounting, lease negotiation and building maintenance. We will outsource the preventive maintenance tasks and supervise the quality of service according to the budgetary controls and keep proper accounts of the Property and Service Charge Account. 

Facilities and Premises Management

Our Company pioneered the provision of Facilities Management and Premises Management to a leading Bank enabling them to efficiently outsource their property management duties and close down their Property Department. This was a service provided for 45 branches that included overseeing an annual repairs and maintenance budget of over Kshs 30 million.
